Is there anywhere to get the bra sizes of the girls onscreen

Call them and ask them.

I've always wondered why girls bra sizes, like celebrities etc., was ever a curiosity that some people had. I mean, they look the same whether the girl wears a certain bra size or not so what difference does it make? Not having a go, it's just something I've always wondered.
