Depends on what tests they run.

I bet a lot of those people would have tested 100% positive of “being Norwegian” … which seems like an unfair advantage in most of the cross-country skiing events.

As they're still pinging Athletes form London 2012, I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

There's new ways to cheat appearing all the time and the testing is always a step or 2 behind.
