/40 Jude Wainwright is tasked with a really vague topic, Patterns, but is at least a charming communicator, and her patterns include lace frills and harlequin/chequerboard, so fair enough.
/40 Halfway through this 2nd series, Charles Williams talks on Introduction to Watercolour. Despite only making the semi-finals in 2019, he now seems to have become President of the Royal Watercolour Society. He seemed to offer practical tips on paper types and worked between 2 paintings at once, probably to save time.

/40 Alvin Kofi, who was robbed in his series, talks on Painting On Wood, which was his thing. His process clearly works for him, his picture didn't look too close to the original photo, but was still good.
/40 Cat Croxford, who'll apparently turn up on a series I've yet to see, talked on Painting On Black, whereby she works with a black canvas rather than a white. The results were impressive, given she was working from a photo of some trees.

/40 Amy Dury talks on using a Monochrome Palette, which charmingly turned out to be brown, rather than black, which led to different results, especially when she mixed other colours into the brown, like white and red, to arguably defeat the object.
/40 Curtis Holder and his model pal Jarvis return to discuss Drawing With Coloured Pencils, which is his act anyway, and he eventually adds a 2nd colour to show the plural. Perhaps notably, the picture is of the model nodding off.
