I'm glad they saved the best for the last 3 frames, which I was watching. I would have been quite miffed if Bingham had prevailed.

Ding has withdrawn from the Tour Championship, and replaced by the renewed Stephen Maguire.

The Milton Keynes facility is a good one in the present climate. The Championship League seemed to pass without too many problems.
Seems sensible to have the Tour Championship there as well.

Willie Thorne is in a bad way I'm afraid to say Sad. Already having been diagnosed with leukaemia he has now been placed in an induced coma in a Spanish hospital after suffering respiratory failure.
