England's reply has been interrupted by yet another deluge, but at 132/2 from 27 overs England are currently 18 runs ahead on DLS.

England won on the said DLS method.
It's a shame that rain is interfering in this series at different times .
Would have liked to have seen that run chase play out properly.

England make 3 changes today, with Sam Curran, Liam Plunkett and Mark Wood coming in for Eoin Morgan, Olly Stone and Chris Woakes. Alex Hales retains his place as Jonny Bairstow is still injured.

The Sri Lankans have put up a good score 366 -6 in their 50 overs

Today we have the only ODI in England's tour of Sri Lanka. It takes place on the same ground where England laboured to 132/9 a few days ago and lost by a massive margin of 219 runs.

Jonny Bairstow is still injured, while Joe Denly and Chris Jordan make their first appearances of the tour. Joe Root is rested, although he didn't play England's last T20 against India in July.
