I have to say he is out of his depth!! didn't even acknowledge or console the goalkeeper after the substitution which IMO was disrespectful and confidence damaging considering he picked him in the first place!! If they get beaten heavily at Liverpool this weekend he has to go and it has to be Hoddle, Redknapp or Sherwood or even Jamie O'Hara as interim until end of season and the board just need to let them get on with it and not interfere but to be honest it will be the biggest miracle of the season if they avoid it.
