Good win that i was really impressed by it , the only problem is we will not win the World Cup with that defence.

its a norwegian tradition to add maternal surname to surname also changed it to Haaland from hÅland so people could pronounce it better suppose its eaiser for life in england that dont have the characters

Think Tuchel needs to get the defence working a bit better before our next game I would not be happy with that defensive performance and those two goals could cost us if we are not defending better.

And I see Donald Trump's now claiming online he's watched every World Cup game so far, I doubt he'd have had much time to watch any while attending the G7 or anyt of the other leaders invited him to watch any with them.

think defence was changed stones playing the other side because guehi wasnt fit and wanted to help protect oreilly in his first tournament match guessing guehi will get back in and stones or konsah will play other side

^ Tuckel has a few players with niggles. Saka, Guehi and Rice. When Rice went off he brought James into midfield, so why was Henderson selected if it's not as cover for Rice and Anderson.

Well England under Southgate were in 2 tournament finals, so we still have a long way to go to reach that level.

I didn't think the performance against Croatia was a final-reaching type performance, but I assume we'll improve and be better defensively in the future.

Because he's supposed to be a big voice in the dressing room. A big influence on the other players.

Wayne Rooney explained it like this:

In my opinion, that's probably the biggest reason why he is there. I don't think he will get much game time. Some of the players will be down during the tournament. Is there really any need to have these hydration breaks in a stadium that has a roof and is climate controlled?
