I was half watching a bit of that set and thought I saw something there as she turned around, but didn't see it clearly, so just dismissed it as a trick of the lighting, but looking at the screencaps, there is a pad there. It could be a heat/cold pad to ease a bit of back pain, but it's very centrally placed, so very likely covering a tattoo as Rammy says, very typical tattoo territory, if a bit higher than some.
Seems common practice to cover a fresh tattoo with a surgical type dressing these days, don't quite understand why, never did that with any of mine, at most it was a layer of vaseline and some cling film to reduce the scabbing a bit!

Agree with you Rammy, Dionne had a good night last and a very good choices of outfits Must say it was a struggle last night for me as three of my favourites were all on last night on Elite but there is something alluring about Dionne that gets my full attention!

All of you don't worry as I spoke to her to see it she was alright because she looked a little uncomfortable in her stints. So the reason why see had her upper back covered was that she grazed her back. She felt the need to cover it up, she did laugh at my suggestion that she's got Wazo tattooed on her back
