Is this a worse defeat than Vietnam or on a par with for the US?

Trump says there will be no tolls on Hormuz. Or if there are, it will be the US taking and keeping them.
There was a time this sort of thing would've caused outrage. But now it's either ignored or laughed at. Shows how far the US has fallen under Trump.

Starting to look like Vance is being set up as the fall guy when it all turns to shit again. Which it will.
