The bi-partisan committee set up to agree funding after the government shutdown is proposing less for Trump’s wall than he could have got in December

Mr “Art of the Deal” Trump has congratulated the Republican negotiators and claimed he’ll get $23BN for border security including money from “other sources” If reports over the last few days are correct those “other sources” will include funds authorised by Congress for relief operations in Puerto Rico and California. Republican Senators have refused to let him use funds allocated to Texas. So if true he’s trying to raid funds from Democratic supporting States! This will certainly end up in court.

Next step is to see how Hanratty on Fox and other far right commentators react because if they hate it then he’s just as likely to refuse to agree to it.

Well it’s all going to kick off now as Trump has hit the nuclear button regarding the border wall & declared a national emergency this afternoon uk time.

As always he spoke utter nonsense when trying to back up why he has done this

In other news about Donald it seems that his need to lie even extends to his height. His recent medical (and last years) state he is 6'3". Recent pictures of him with Justin Trudeau who is stated to be 6'2" show Trudeau is the taller of the two. We also know that Obama is 6'1/2" yet when alongside Trump at the Inaugaration they look to be the same height. Now in the bigger scheme of things this is not that important - we know he has a small dick so maybe he's compensatiing.

Thing is though at 6'3" he's now described as clinically obese - knock up to 2 inches off his height and he's a clinically obese fat bastard and we can't even trust his medical reports.

And it's one day after the 1st anniversary of the Parkland shootings. This is what's scaring the Republicans shitless. Trump has set a precedent by declaring a national emergency on a whim, so there's nothing to stop the next Democratic President from declaring gun control a national emergency...

Also, Trump said on camera "I didn't need to do this, but it's quicker than going through Congress"
So it's supposed to be a 'national emergency', yet he didn't need to do it. Given this is certain to end up in court, he just knee-capped his own legal team before they even started
