Lindsey Vonn has had surgery on a broken leg, the same leg she suffered her ruptured ACL.

Bruce Mouat and Jen Dodds have definitely topped the round robin standings after 8 wins out of 9 overall. Today they lost 7-6 to Switzerland but recovered to beat Italy 9-6.

Their semi final opponents will not be known until the last round robin session is completed tomorrow morning.
Italy or Sweden are the possible options both of which could be very tough.

The semi final matches themselves take place tomorrow evening.

Nowadays we have specialist bars for playing darts, ping pong, mini golf, skeet shooting, football, baseball, cricket, axe throwing, etc…

I’m surprised no one has come up with something like “Curly’s” — seems like a sport that’s made for socialising.

I wonder if the first British medal will be either in the curling or the Big Air by Mia Brooks

Kirsty Muir has finished in an agonising 4th place in the Women's Freeski Slopestyle Final.

That was agonising waiting for the judges score to drop and then to miss out by 0.41 points from bronze was devastating

And the gap between Gold and Silver was even closer at just 0.38

And if that wasn't close enough the men's team combined (Downhill and Slalom) saw an incredible tie for Silver.

Hoping for a GB medal this evening from Mia Brooks and the Dodds and Mouat can at least guarantee a silver at least with victory in the semi Final

GB v Sweden now underway.in the mixed doubles curling semi final.

Four years ago Mouat and Dodds lost at this stage and then lost the bronze medal match to finish 4th. Let's hope against all hope there is no repeat of that scenario.

Sweden have played themselves into form so this could be very, very difficult.

Oh dear. It all went horribly wrong for GB in a disastrous sixth end where the Swedes picked up 5 shots to lead 8-3.
No way back from that position with GB losing 9-3.
It's a bronze medal match tomorrow afternoon and heartbreak yet again for the British pair.
