I get that Joeman is doing this out of the kindness of his heart, and I totally appreciate the effort and time and money aren’t cheap, so props to him for stepping up. But honestly, if the site isn’t as comprehensive as the old one, it’s kind of a letdown. A better search function, more videos, and a smoother experience would make a huge difference. If they could expand it and make it more user-friendly, it’d have way more potential. Just my two cents!

I believe Joeman said all the content from the previous site will be migrated over time. It's a time consuming process involving TBs of data. Providing this service is not his full time job and he's doing fantastic work for everyone here, which we should all be very grateful for.

Have some patience and appreciate what has been done already.

I think this a perfect example of when NOT to say anything at all. It certainly doesn't come across as though your appreciative about his efforts if you're going to nitpick how he's presenting it. Joe's doing this on his own dime, he hasn't asked for handouts from any of us, and its just him as far as I know. Cut him some slack, bloody hell.

No need to be ungrateful.

I'm changing servers over the next few days so the player may be unavailable. I will then get back to uploading the rest of the old content as I've been holding off until the move. The new server should allow already mp4 videos to play instantly without downloading. The transcode process for older non mp4 files should be faster too.

Once everying is uploaded il look at making it easier to use.

Is there some sort of honourary award the forum can give to Joeman on an ad hoc basis? Something independent of the conventional forum awards.

His heroic and selfless efforts with an extensive video library have been utterly extraordinary. Maybe have his username in a unique dark silver or platinum colour.
Imo he deserves something like that.
I don't often suggest such things but this is an exceptional circumstance

The server move is underway. I've added the ability to make an account, keep favorites, and make private and public playlists. May be a bit buggy to start with.
