Thanks to those that played. I appreciate that the re-scheduled match played on Wednesday between West Ham and Liverpool made it an unusual start time for a game week and I do thank you for your contributions in what proved to be a very difficult round to call. I hope you're ready for more strangeness in the next round though - more on that shortly...

Week 26 Fixtures

The next round begins next Saturday, the 8th of February at 1230. This season, the Premier League has introduced a "winter break", with the idea being to give every team a probably much needed rest period after fixture congestion during Christmas / New Year and extra matches for the teams involved in cup competitions.

So that explains why this round is still all 20 teams playing, but with the strange scenario of the matches being spread out over just over a week. It is all one round and I have listed it as it appears on the PL website, but because of the unusual times, there will again be no first kick off rule.

So you may post predictions on which ever matches you are in time for. It is still best though, if you are playing every match, to post everything by the time of the first match next Saturday. Remember to allocate one joker.

Everton and Crystal Palace have the honour of commencing this madness!
