"The interaction and relationship between Barry and Affleck’s Wayne will bring an emotional level that we haven’t seen before. It’s Barry’s movie, it’s Barry’s story, but their characters are more related than we think. They both lost their mothers to murder, and that’s one of the emotional vessels of the movie. That’s where the Affleck Batman kicks in."

Thats a good sign for that rumored hbo batman series with affleck

^^^ that particular isn’t true and it’s a old rumour. From what the flash director said it’s sounds like there wrapping his story arc before moving on to the Keaton Batman which is where the multi universe comes into play with the movie. Plus with other Batman and possibly Batgirl they’ve moved on, all I could see him making a cameo in other movies.
