Rar files aren't playable. They're a compressed file, similar to a zip file. So, you need to use extraction software. I'm guessing you use a PC? An application such as rarzilla, which is free, will extract the video file from a set of rar files. If you use a Mac, then use UnRarX.

Skateguy is a master at this, but I've found that if you download 7zip, HJSplit & VLC media player you should be able to watch just about anything on your pc - its all open source so free software:

hope someone got camilla last night as for 10min she had a mic left on between 11:20 and 11:30pm last night

New to the site, but suprised there aren't many clips here for Tammy Oldham, she's always leaving the mic on.
