It's Teuchter (if in doubt, always insert a 'ch' )

I suppose it means something like 'country bumpkin', and it's used by Scots about other Scots, nothing to do with non-Scots.

But back to the James Bond jetski, I don't recall ever seeing one broken down to fit inside of a bag, other than in that movie?

I am not sure it was, the one you could be mistaking it for was Little Nellie, the autogyro delivered by Q that arrived in three big suitcases in 'You Only Live Twice' I haven't seen that film TSWLMe for a while so I can't remember if it was in a bag or not-it might have been done for dramatic purposes-these secret agents and their gadgets. The Jet-ski featured was one that had some sort of chair fitted, smaller skis yet the newer ones had a padded seat, bigger skis and most people stood up and the front bit moved-the one Bond had was a fixed bicycle handlebar sort for steering. If anyone else knows different let us know.

IIRC ... JB asks the submarine captain for the bag that Q sent over for him, this big black zippered bag then being dropped off in next scene. JB then opens the bag & reveals the steering arm for the jetski, then the base; next scene has him zipping across the sea towards the marine observatory...? Little Nellie was in a different movie, as well as being a microlite, as i recall.

Definitely an Autogyro not a microlight Kelly. Microlights have a giant wing above it and steered by a bar, Little Nellie had rotors above and at the back like a minature helicopter. Ah okay, well a lot of this Bond stuff is from memory so if I was wrong then I once again stand corrected, but its been sometime since I've seen that (and I've got them all on DVD)
