The wonders of pineapple juice.
It is doing wonders for my blood pressure which I am now monitoring every day. I love pineapple but never really drunk much pineapple juice.
It has a certain refreshing quality about it and it's actually healthy for me.
WTF - I don't do healthy eek.

I just can't stop drinking the stuff and it is making me quite calm and relaxed Surprised.
