Project Blue Book S1 Ep 1 & 2;

Directed by Robert Zemeckis this Series is an adaptation of the true stories of the reported & documented UFO sightings carried by the US Air Force in the 1950's that were filed under 'Project Blue Book'.Aiden Gillen (Game of Thrones) plays Dr J.Allen Hynek who is partnered with Fighter Pilot Captain Michael Quinn (Michael Malarky) to carry out investigations of reported sightings where the first episode focuses on a traumatized fighter pilot who's plane was damaged by a UFO & the second episode centres around a group of locals who witness a crashed Meteorite & an alien sighting.

Being set in the 50's give the series niche appeal where much of the morning settings are cast under a huge blanket of fog for maximum eerie effect.I also admit to having a liking for Ksenia Solo who plays the sweet but feisty character Susie Miller who it seems is doubling up as a Secret Agent.So far so good.

Pilgrimage: The Road to Rome, part 1
A 2nd series (sort of) with 8 new celebs trekking acrossing Northern Italy. Les Dennis, Dana, Brendan Cole, Lesley Joseph, you get the idea.

Race Across the World BBC2(also on iplayer)-final episode. Wow! this was thrilling stuff right up to the last moment. I won't spoil it for anyone but it is worth watching and maybe guessing who might have won. I understand there could be a second series in the offing-hope so, this was great viewing.

Line of Duty BBC1 Sundays-just continues to flabbergast, sideswipe and confuse you and just when you think you've worked it out, something comes along that throws you completely off course again. Genius!

LIVERPOOL-Champions League & UEFA Super Cup AND
Club World Cup Winners 2019-YNWA!

Britain's Favourite Gameshows
Not a rundown, thankfully, but a fun bit of nostalgia all the same, with TH including Gordon Burns, Vernon Kay and Jet off Gladiators.

David Hurn - A Life in Pictures
Another look at a photographer who's been at work for 60+ years, including fellow legend Don McCullin. Aside from retrospectives and donations to a museum, he trekked off to meet Jane Fonda for the first time since he took the stills for Barbarella. It's not all work, work, work...

Devilman Crybaby

Reboot of legendary 70s Manga/Anime. Sex, Violence and Headfuckery aplenty.
