Reported that the former Eastenders Actress has passed away in a care home aged 70

Blimey, she was 10 years older than Nedjet Salih (or possibly 8-9 according to IMDB).

A short and rather tragic career really RIP

I remember her and I also remember her in advert for Oven Crunchies by ROSS. It is in a café and someone is ordering food and says dreamily "Oven Crunchies" to which she answers "oh, with chips?" Surprised to hear of her death, sad to read and one of the original Eastenders cast, following the loss of Leslie Grantham last year.
