What have you noticed lately?

Nearly a co-incidence reaching the double century by TonTon.

Giving rep's is one way to show your appreciation for something on the forum. Rep's were given freely when the forum was started but it seems to have gone out of fashion recently.

I keep seeing guys 'Thanking' posts or even creating a post to thank someone. Why not give him or her a rep instead.

A fair point, I think maybe newbies need to be put on a Training Course I doubt half of em even know how to give a rep.
