I just checked whether I am able to SEND private messages to other users, and the forum software does not allow me to and gives me the notice that "You do not have permission to access this page". I cannot even send PMs to moderators.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Just a heads up, if you're struggling to get in touch with somebody and they aren't seeing posts here, we can pass on a PM, provided you're okay with us being a middle man...it may come with the addition of telling whoever to turn their flipping messages on though.

Also, if anyone finds their inbox full, remember, deleting one or two messages does fuck all, bin off at least a few old pages.

The main reason I switch off pms is to prevent getting unwanted communication of certain forms. More often than not of the wank buddy variety .

^^ Not exactly sure what I said, but I seem to have scared that group off. They're harmless.
