Go to you UserCP page.
On the left side you see Miscellaneous and in the section Group Membership.

Then just ask for the groups you want.

Yeah, unfortunately the guy who was keeping it alive started posting Playboy content, he ignored messages and kept posting stuff we don't allow, so was banned, more than once.
If (non content spamming) members have stuff to add to the thread, message me and it can be opened, we just need the problem poster to get the message that he's not welcome.
