By being part of a proper troupe, he was trusted with his camera more than visiting photographers were. But also told not to wield a camera when he needed to wield a gun.

Last Week Tonight w/John Oliver
After discussing the filth in the Seine, and before a follow-on to the Red Lobster story, his main piece was about deep-sea mining, even referencing the above show. The costs really outweigh the benefits, really, and the USA is poor on ratifying treaties meant to protect the oceans, plus the Quango responsible is even worse.
