6.6 Byfleet to Odiham Castle
Though he didn't mention Byfleet at all. Covering the Basingstoke canal (including Woking) which turns out to be a dead end, this was also the episode shredded on Celebrity Gogglebox for jokes about "weed".
CBD
6.7 Weybridge to Stonebridge Park
Back on the Thames, passing Dave Gilmour's houseboat and later Eel Pie Island, plus Hampton Court and the Marshalls (amp) shop. Some door damage from a passing tree branch, explosive Diwali fireworks, and his Dad turns up briefly too.

Amazing Views from the Trail: 100 Miles around Mount Fuji
A few thousand trail runners take 2 days to run a circuitous route which I can't imagine would have been worse if they'd just walked instead. At least the weather was good.

Into The Ice
Lars Henrik Ostenfeld is a camera dude rather than an ice explorer, so tags along to an expedition down a huge "moulin" in Greenland, to try and estimate whether climate change is unstoppable etc In a grim aside from the generally grim (but picturesque) adventure, he has to take a call that some other professor has died after falling into a sudden crevasse and not being found and saved in time. Chances are, we're all going to end up much like that.

6.8 Harlesden to Stratford
Having had to adjust plans because of weather, he hammers home the "it's been 10 years" theme of the series by revisiting the site of his earliest adventures, with his younger brother rocking up briefly. On the Regent's Canal he passes the former sites of TVam and the Big Breakfast, winding up at the 2012 Olympic park.

The Daily Show w/Jon Stewart
Guest Kyla Scanlon's attempts to plug her new book were doomed since they followed an incisive 1-on-1 chat with Elmo.

Global Public Square
FZ talked to an Israeli genocide expert to query why he should think one is happening in Gaza, then to Larry Summers about Trump's economic antics, but these all paled when followed by a lengthy meeting-of-non-minds with no less an irrelevance than Kemi Badenoch.
