Today were two of the missed medal girls performing better today.

Charlotte Banks is one of the best girls in the Snowboard Cross could have and should have medalled and I believe that Freya Tarbit put the best ladies time in the Mixed Team Skeleton.

Blimey, it feels weirder for GB to get some proper success. Well done all involved.

Bad news to end the day unfortunately.
The Mens Curling GB quartet lost 6-5 to Switzerland in an extra end.
They need to win 2 of their last three matches to qualify but those matches are against Canada, USA and Norway. All of which are fraught with difficulty and danger. This could get very tense.

A lot depends on how or if Lottery funding is involved for the next games and how the individuals can be supported in training and taking thosec sports forward

It gets worse.
Norway have inflicted a 7-6 defeat on Team Mouat to leave them in grave danger of exit. Last two matches against Canada and USA. Deep deep trouble.

did the lady bobsleighers get funding this time remember that the team that did the best places last time were having to fund themselves where the mens team who were shite were fully funded
