If it goes to court it will be the Crown v Andrew, so it will be Charles v Andrew.
And if things go badly, He'll be sentenced at his majesties pleasure. So Charle's will still be paying for his board.

Honestly, those saying they all knew about what Andrew was up to are being dishonest with themselves, if you have a wrong un in your family, it'll be lucky if it's a 50/50 that you know the whole truth about what they've been up to or not. There are countless cases where a family member ends up convicted of something criminal or truly horrific and in many of those cases they kept their family in the dark, for fear of their crimes getting out.
In this case I imagine some Royals (and staff) knew some things especially in regards to his friendship with Epstein, and seeing as he apparently got money from the Queen for the pay off, she may have known something. Whether he went running to his mother and confessed all or was even honest with her to get help, who knows, but I doubt they all knew he was involved in trafficking or running his mouth with sensitive information.

There are some people hoping for the worst for the Royals because of who they are, at the end of the day, they are just a family, sure there are skeletons in many closets, but tarring them all as guilty for what the former prince was up to, that's wrong imo, Fergie however, I would bet money on her involvement, she was also friends with Epstein.

I wonder how Ghislane Maxwell will be feeling?

Could he even be extradited to the US for trial there too?
