Any truth to the Guardian story where ICE detained a British grandmother who was visiting US?

Now my big worry if the above is true - just how safe soccer fans would be this summer (and possibly teams too)?? I don't know if there is any truth to stories that I've seen of teams boycotting it but even so, shouldn't Infantino not even be on that peace board and he should be showing some concern of what might happen instead?
