This is the correct answer. If she isn't getting as many calls as she would like then rather than moaning about it on social media she needs to figure out how she can solve that. She has all the qualities needed to succeed aside from a lousy attitude.

If it weren't for the fact that Xpanded are short on girls for the day shows I wouldn't mind if she left.

I find her a lovely babe. She just needs to engage with the callers and get herself a regular fanbase.

Agreed. I hope she improves rather than leaving Xpanded but its up to her to put the effort in to make that happen.
