I think in many positions I think he's tried to get a balance of youth and experience but to be honest trying to experiment at a World Cup can be a dangerous thing, if it backfires in the first game, it will not be be easy to turn it around, you have to hit the ground running

If the US authorities (Trump) refuse them entry for the matches themselves them FIFA have a problem.

FIFA need to remind him that it is a football competition and they have nothing to do with what is happening politically or otherwise, If he does refuse them entry then FIFA should say sod the USA & host it between Mexico and Canada and ban the US team from entering

I mean, that totally misses the point, but okay. The football isn't the issue here, it's the hotel prices, ticket prices and safety concerns.

They make out like it’s a surprise, but it’s the same story for every major sporting event. The people attending for the event are more than cancelled out by people avoiding the place due to hotel prices and fear of crowds.

Then, like clockwork, the year AFTER the event is always their record-breaking year.
