Poor Matteo Berrettini.
His injury plagued career has struck it's curse once again. He has had to retire against Matteo Arnaldi trailing 7-5 5-2.
So much sympathy for him .

Heartbreaking to see him injured again.

Maja Chwalinska has completed a dream run to the French Open Final. The Polish lady beat Diana Shnaider 7-6 (7-4) 6-4 to set up a clash with Mirra Andreeva who saw off Marta Kostyuk 6-1 6-3.

Zverev beats Mensik in four sets , 5-7,2-6,6-3,3-6 , to make his Second French Open Final and Fourth Grand Slam Final overall so can the German Andy Murray finally do it.

Zverev will play Cobolli in the Final after he advances after illness from Arnaldi resulting in a Walkover.

Mirra Andreeva beats Maja Chwanlinska in Straight Sets 3-6,2-6 to win her First Grand Slam Title and First French Open Title.

Brit Henry Patten lost in the Mens Doubles final.

Brit Alfie Hewett lost the Mens Wheelchair Singles final.

But well done on making said finals, same for Andreeva and Chwalinska.

Zverev finally does it he wins his first Grand Slam and his first French Open against Cobolli in 5 sets , 1-6,6-4,4-6,7-5 (7-5),1-6

Props to Cobolli - given the rest of the fortnight, he might have been seen as a no-hoper, but was actually a top 16 guy. Well done Zverev though.
