That's a shame dude cos I've called her twice during the day and she hasn't let me down in delivering the goods..I'll put it down to her being uber moody...the callers before me were getting no love off her but I got lucky..it's best to catch her when she's in 3/4 of her shift...by this time she's too tired for the fake enthusiastic conversation and let's her guard down by not giving a shit...
