Being that we have 4hrs of Kelly 2nite,I'm going to take the same approach to my viewing pleasures as I would to a round of golf,as it takes a similar time.Preparation is of paramount importance,ensure your equipment is clean & in good working order.Take regular fluids & warm up before you start,wouldn't wanna pull a muscle-Oh yeh.Don't hold the shaft too tight,a firm grip is ideal.
